Oh my god. I should have written a review a few months ago! I was so excited when I received this cooling pad. It fitted my 17 inch laptop perfectly and I was looking forward to setting it up for use. The first few weeks I used the laptop for maybe 8 hours - 2 hours here, 1 or 2 hours there. The middle fan (the largest of the 5 fans) started making noise when running. You know what noise means the fan is failing! That was about two months after purchase. But almost never used. Well, the noise kept getting worse. So I finally unscrewed the device, unplugged the fan and just used 4 small ones. Oh well. It worked for a while, but now the USB port/electronics are broken and the device won't even turn on. Or when it turns on, it turns off and on again in a random order. So I just went online to buy another brand and found I had never written a review. So here is my review. My rating is simple. The largest POS on the market. Avoid him like the plague. Personally, I will never buy an optimo product again. Optimo? HA! More like Craptimo! Believe me. I rarely write ie BAD reviews. This device is pure junk.
