The support team was always very helpful, they respond quickly to emails or phone calls regarding questions I had about their software! They also have some great demo sites that you can use for free before purchasing if needed (and there are many payment options available!).

It's not perfect but it does what we need right now so no complaints here either :) We were able solve multiple problems with our site since adding this plugin; from being more responsive when people come online versus having them wait until someone comes back into office hours etc., allowing us be much quicker at responding as well getting help over email vs waiting by an hour just because your boss isn't around yet - which happens quite often during normal business days haha :). This has allowed me personally get through my work day faster than without using any other website tools such like Slack / Zoom meetings which would take longer then 5.
