It's more like a light cleansing lotion
Have been using it for a week now. It's more of a light wash lotion. I'm so used to lathering when I wash my face. Spending a little more time applying the cleanser to my face makes my skin feel fresher. I like that this product does not tighten or dry out the skin. I use another popular toner after cleansing, then apply Derma E Hydrating Serum and then a moisturizer. My skin seems more balanced now. My T-zone isn't as oily anymore and there are no more dry patches!
