DERMA-E Sensitive Skin Cleanser: Pycnogenol and Aloe Infused, Fragrance Free - 6 Fl Oz, Unscented & Gentle Review

When I was young I used to wash my face with Dial soap! When I turned 60, I decided I had to find something more comforting. As I will not buy or use animal tested products I was looking for a cruelty free facial cleanser and this product fits the bill. I find it almost odorless. It's gentle, but my face feels clean but not dry after washing with it. Also, the price matches the quality of the product, so I've found my permanent replacement for the Dial soap!

Have been using it for a week now. It's more of a light wash lotion. I'm so used to lathering when I wash my face. Spending a little more time applying the cleanser to my face makes my skin feel fresher. I like that this product does not tighten or dry out the skin. I use another popular toner after cleansing, then apply Derma E Hydrating Serum and then a moisturizer. My skin seems more balanced now. My T-zone isn't as oily anymore and there are no more dry patches!

As you can see, my face is INCREDIBLY SENSITIVE. Any foam or inferior toner makes my face bright red and dry as a bone. Most of the active ingredients and fragrances burn my skin. This photo is right after I washed my face and just applied a few drops of Hyaluronic Serum. My face doesn't feel tight and dry and it cleans well. Also, it doesn't smell. I feel a little tingling in the shower, but it doesn't hurt. I used to struggle with acne and preferred chemical peels so this is perfect for that…

This is the best toner I have ever used in my whole life. It's so gentle and doesn't dry out my skin at all. I can literally go a few hours without hydration. It's also fragrance-free, which is very important to me. I use it on dry skin and massage my face for at least a minute then add water and leave for 30 seconds and then wash off. This product is Bomb.com and I will buy it again.

I have sensitive skin and this product does not irritate or redden my face. It also doesn't leave my face feeling dry like most cleansers I've used. It doesn't really have a scent that's perfect for me. I use it twice a day in my skincare routine. I even got my husband to use it and he loves it.

It seems to be the only cleanser my skin is okay with. My skin is very picky and usually hates everything (even other sensitive skin care products). I'm glad I have something I can use that works (it's great that it's non-toxic/gluten-free/natural too!). My only complaint is that it doesn't hydrate my dry skin well enough. Otherwise, I'd say it's pretty decent (even for the size and price!).
