This is a great case - protective, cute and fairly durable. I had no problem holding it open and it connected to my iPad very quickly. However, I wish the first line of the product name wasn't iPad Air 4 (2020) as this case doesn't fit it unless you're willing to change it. I have an iPad Air 4 and as many have said the camera angle just doesn't quite match. This annoyed me because it mostly fit, but one corner was slightly raised and uneven. What *I* did was use a rotary tool (a generic Dremel) and sand the two inside top corners of the case. It doesn't snap into place, but is secure enough. I just wouldn't risk hanging it face down in a suitcase. The keyboard is of really good quality and has buttons for adjusting screen brightness, volume and exiting the home screen. It was easy to figure out how to change the keyboard backlight color and brightness (Fn + lightbulb up to 3 times to change 3 different brightness levels and the square button to the right of the lightbulb to change the color). The charge indicator light is also good. The magnetic side of the Apple Pencil is open so that doesn't stop me from charging it and it stays there just fine. Great product but use it on the Pro and not the Air 4 unless you want to mod it.
