They are baggy. They don't fit snugly around your arm and you look like a deli guy sorting cold cuts. However, they work really really well and get the job done. Easy to put on and take off. You can touch the phone screen through them. The slightly crunchy sound they make reminds you not to touch your face or mouth to spread germs while they're on. Arrived on time. The packaging was as expected, the product was not wrinkled. Transparent, slightly textured, no powder inside. I would order them again.
