Review on 304 Stainless Steel Automatic Waterer Bowl for Dog Horse Goat Pig - Livestock Tool with Float Water Valve and 1M Pipe by Lindsey Martin

This product comes with a stainless steel braided hose. This is the main reason I bought it - to not have to look for additional parts to install on the bib. The description refers to a hose thread on one end and an unsafe thread on the other to match the drinker. My stainless steel hose fits perfectly into the end of the bowl but doesn't match the hose threads on the garden faucet. I checked and this fitting actually has a 3/4" NPT (National Pipe Thread). So I'll have to send it back or go to my local store to get a 3/4" NPT female to male hose adapter to fetch. The description says it fits a hose thread, which is incorrect. I couldn't pressurize the bowl, so I don't know the function of this part. I find that the bowl has a rounded bottom and doesn't sit firmly on a flat surface. He will need to gain stability through some sort of mount.
