Well made, great sound quality. Bought as a birthday present for my daughter and she loves it. I will say that there are no pictures in the attached instructions and they are a bit difficult to follow. I ordered one and couldn't get it to work. So I arranged a return and they immediately sent me a second one. That's when I realized it wasn't working because I was using it incorrectly. I have found the first works well and I know I will be charged for storage but this way both of my daughters will have one. The mic button isn't with the other buttons but is on the top of the mic, blending in with the rest of the shiny rose gold. So if you don't know it's there, you can't even see it...
