My dental hygienist advised me to use the oral irrigator every night. I ordered it immediately but waited a bit before writing this review. I've been using it at night for almost 3 weeks. Once I got past the new user, Low Pressure, I switched to Normal and was amazed by the power of this element. I like knowing that food particles stuck in hard-to-reach places are washed out and my teeth and gums stay clean. It's a little big at the bottom where the tank holds most of the water, but it's very comfortable to hold and easy to maneuver to get anywhere in the mouth. One tank of water lasts the whole month, including my tongue. I really like the tongue scraper, I use a CPAP machine and have horrible dry mouth. When I use my toothbrush to get rid of the bad taste I end up getting nauseous, but when I use the scraper I rarely choke and feel a lot fresher.
