Purina Fancy Feast White Meat Chicken Primavera is very popular. One of my cats LOVES it. I hate it because it is very bad for her. I've got her down to 3/4 can per day (3 oz cans). I am trying to get her onto another brand, but it is slow going. Here's why I don't like this: it has wheat gluten, meat by-products (which means all the ground refuse from the meat packers), cornstarch and artificial flavors. Cats are obligate carnivores, which means they should never eat wheat or any other thing that's not meat. Cornstarch, artificial flavors, and chemicals are NOT good. And neither are the parts of other animals which are thrown away by meatpackers because they're not good for human consumption. In short, a steady diet of this kind of food causes diabetes and kidney failure in cats.
