The navy, lime and silver color combinations caught my eye and the design of the shoe didn't disappoint. The Grid Ignition 2 has a breathable mesh upper that keeps my kids feet cool and dry on even the toughest of runs. The shoe's mesh system offers remarkable cushioning for a comfortable ride. My child's foot also felt secure thanks to the adjustable buckle on the strap. While the overall design of the shoe outweighed any negatives, the only downside was that the shoe ran a bit small.
