Good training collar when used correctly

Good strong training collar with links large enough to avoid pinching or pulling on the dog's fur. Unfortunately, this is not the trait shown in the attached Doberman Pinscher illustration. The part of the chain that attaches to the leash should be on top of the dog's neck, not under it. As shown, the collar can hurt the dog's neck and will not sag when the leash is loosened.
