I paid $10 more for the shredded memory foam version than the polyfiber filled wedge pillow because one of the advantages of shredded foam is that you can add or remove a little foam, to adjust the firmness to your comfort level; at least that's usually the case. When I received this pillow it was too firm to use as a sleeping pad as I had hoped but I figured no problem, I'll just add some filling to soften it a bit. nope I was very surprised to find that after opening the outer zipper, there is NO INNER ZIPPER. The inner shell with foam rubber is completely sewn. There is no way to remove fillings to adjust the hardness level. All other crush foam pillows I own have an internal zipper for adjustment. Sitting in bed you can lean back, but now it's useless as a sleeping wedge. I love the dark red color and the velvety soft outer coating. The bolster is a nice touch (although it doesn't have an inside zip either). I will be keeping this set for myself but I may have to rip the stitching on the inside of the gusset to remove some of the padding and then either sew it back in or sew in the zipper. NOT what I would expect from a $50 pillow! A lot of extra work for an already expensive item. Very disappointed in this aspect.
