Great value in my rating

I don't usually write reviews though. I have to write about this monitor for two reasons: 1. I'm telling you about a feature that interests me that this monitor has, but I haven't seen the documentation anywhere, and 2. The customer service has been really outstanding. , the feature I wanted was the ability to power the monitor and my laptop simultaneously from a single connection, which this monitor can do since it has 2 USB Type-C ports. I connect the monitor to my laptop via a USB type C cable (which is included) through one of the Type-C ports, and then I plug my laptop charger into the other Type-C port on the monitor, and the charger powers both the monitor and my computer. Laptop, PERFECT! I called customer service to see if this power connection is possible. I reached her voicemail but didn't leave a message as I figured I wouldn't get a reply anyway. However, after a while they called me back and said they see they missed my call! I mean, WOW, I was shocked. They confirmed the monitor was charged and thanked me for the purchase.
