I was looking for something to keep my drinks tasty and cold without diluting them with water. I bought it and my first thought was that it is fantastic. The dice come in a small resealable plastic tray and there are small tongs to pull them out. Super sweet. I washed them and left them in the freezer overnight. However, when I added it to the wine the next day, it became chilly instead of cold. I started with a few cubes but eventually added them all to my drink and it still came out semi-cold. A few days later I made a mixed drink and got the same results. I tried again with a different drink and got kind of a cool result. Eventually I just started making really big ice cubes (so they melt slower) and adding them to my drinks. Conclusion: They do not replace the good old ice cube. They may be better suited to adding to your whiskey or bourbon to cool it down without making it icy (which I think can ruin the flavor). package for my drink.
