Everything worked fine until the 17th of the month. Shift+Numbers (among other things) have changed. I tried to fix it myself but nothing works. I gave up. Out of curiosity I checked when was the last day to return the goods and it was the 19th. I'm a day late. If I had done that sooner instead of trying to fix the product myself I could have had my money back.
