The team at ETA has been extremely helpful with our IT needs. They are always willing to go above and beyond what we ask them to do! We have had great success working together over the past couple years. In particular I would like to mention Scott McFarland who works closely with me every day. He really listens to my concerns and helps us make decisions that work best within our organization. There isn't much about this service provider I dislike. If there were any issues they would be addressed immediately. Our primary goal was to improve server performance and increase reliability.
