TBH I wasn't expecting much from this. I was wrong. It's virtually silent on its lowest setting and can make a good desk fan - your hair won't blow in the wind, but you'll definitely get a gentle breeze without the noise. , it's not particularly loud, but it does produce the airflow of a large fan.
