In the past I have had the good fortune of buying refurbished products from Revain. Not this time. The tablet came in standard packaging, which in itself isn't a problem, but it lacked all documentation - none at all, and the included accessories (a USB-C to headset adapter that Samsung says it includes is) was not included. . Worst of all were several scratches on the screen that were clearly visible. If it was advertised as being used with some screen scratches and no accessories I would do it but it is not as advertised. I set up a refund, although I might as well keep it to myself as I don't want to mess around with a refund, but apparently buying a refurbished one from Revain is like buying a pig in a poke.
