This mount works great. Easy to install and hang up. I did it myself, but it would be a little easier with another person - if there were nothing more than moral support. My TV is from 2012/2013 and is a little heavier and thicker than newer TVs, but the bracket is strong. The TV I hung is a 46-inch Samsung and according to the manufacturer it weighs 31 pounds. Here are some angles of the hung TV. Don't pay attention to the cords, haven't hidden them yet. According to the Houzz articles I read about hanging height, I hung the TV at the ideal couch height of 42 inches (center of TV), but I think that's a bit low for standing and watching TV. In a parallel universe I would hang it a foot higher. The tilt lock is a bit flimsy, making it difficult to mount the TV without tilting it. to select it. Overall a great mount and I would buy another if I bought another TV. There were no instructions included with the mount, but you can look up and find any mount model on the Echogear website.
