I liked the headset and the sound is excellent, hence the two stars. Without letting anyone know I had a new headset, I was asked what happened to my mic as I sounded robotic and digital - clean but digital. it was really distracting and I felt the need to hold her. The headset also came with a "Chance to Win a Big Prize" scratch card. $15 Amazon Gift Card if you email and apply. I emailed and was told I had to leave a five star rating to receive the award. The headset is NOT a five star headset. I removed one of the two stars for this reason.
