They sent me 2 left hands, unbearable thumb pressure

Knitwear is double-sided, but the Velcro only works in one direction. Therefore, on the left hand, the thicker end of the bezel is at the top of the wrist. But on the right side or is at the very bottom. This is very inconvenient for typing. I could live with having to cut the rubber lip around my thumb in 8 places with a razor to make it more comfortable. But I can't keep my hands on uneven surfaces while typing. I will ask for a replacement.
