Review on Minky SmartFit Super Ironing Board by Jose Moran

Warning - the product description says it fits standard size ironing boards which may be the case in the UK is the case (not aware of the standard size for UK bought ironing boards) but Amazon also has another MINKY Smart Fit ironing board case which is slightly larger than this product - my ironing board is a standard US made ironing board and this ironing board cover was it's also small to fit my ironing board - the maximum length of this product is 49" and it pulls with great force - another ironing board cover from Minky that is perfect and also fits ironing boards up to 54" (mine in the US purchased standard ironing board size is 5 2 inches). There is also a "Supersize" model for large ironing boards. The product appears to be very well made and is significantly better than the "tie or clip cases" sold in most US stores. Impressed enough with the quality of the product, I ordered a slightly larger minky smart fit when I found this item was too small for my ironing board. Of course, I didn't test the product, but the factors that I liked about this product compared to cases I've bought in stores before are: 1. This case is significantly thicker than the thin cases that are in the most US stores are sold2. no flimsy mold to put on the board before putting the lid on - it's all in one with a thicker quilted feel so there's no need for extra thin foam - which is a huge plus for this reviewer - maybe just me, but it seems that a thin layer of foam always slips out from under a thin coating. If you measure before ordering (I didn't as the product description says "fits all standard ironing boards") I think this is a purchase that will serve me well.
