I like that you can have different levels of access to images, so if an employee wants more or less control over their uploaded items it's there for them! You're not able easily find older versions/versions without dates - would be nice with maybe "Previous Versions" option in each folder? It makes managing uploads easier than having folders filled up by all staff members etc where they could just delete old files themselves (and we'd lose track!).
I like that you can upload images from anywhere, it's really easy to use for anyone who knows how computers work! The only thing about this software as of now would be all the free templates offered with your membership which could confuse new users (if they don't know what template or layout will suit their needs). Try using some different layouts available in order not get confused when creating galleries/albums!! Easy way to organize photos uploaded by clients at no cost!
