To be honest I don't have a single complaint about this product. Well maybe they don't offer gallon size lol! I have pretty terrible eczema and very sensitive skin so it was almost impossible to find a good makeup remover that was affordable. Then I found this and fell in love! I use it all the time and a little goes a long way! I used a different cleansing balm and there was a huge difference between the two! Juno and Co Cleansing Balm is very smooth, melts easily, removes all makeup and doesn't leave my skin greasy like almost everything else. When you're on the fence. BUY IT!
