So first of all the design and quality of this shower head is better than any crappy aerator I've ever had (I've got 2 broken ones now). Water cannons rely on a "pressed" head that will spill if you hit it lightly, they're complete crap. This shower head is solid, not "squeezed" like water lances (stupid design considering the water pressure is constantly pushing it apart) and the hose is solid metal instead of 1/2 material hoses like water lances (they're plastic and metal) . This head has outlasted 2 other heads so I AM BUYING ANOTHER. For the GENIUS comment on water pressure, the water pressure comes from the source, not the showerhead, yes. If your showerhead is "stuck" on one color, it's also because you have poor water pressure. It takes pressure to 1) light up 2) change colors hence NO BATTERIES. The hose is long and the part holding the head is strong and not easy to break. The only "con" is that there are almost 3 jet types, 2 + a mix of both. 1) wide/rain type and 2) 3 stage flow which is designed for high pressure but that's all I need. Too many fools write bad reviews for good products and then idiots write 5 star reviews for the product they received on the day they wrote the review. You should pay me to view the products lol I keep it secret and meticulous. Happy soul!
