Don't buy this I thought maybe the bottom isn't dirty, but I went through all the water and there was almost nothing in the tank! So one of the filters sucked up some water and on one I went all over the house to find an empty tank meaning I wasted an hour and the dirty water was on the floor! So I ordered one from bissel hoping it would solve my problem while my husband looked at it and said it sucks but maybe we need a new tank! So I'm panicking it's been almost two years so I guess I just need to buy a new one and they're expensive! I get a real bissel filter the next day and it sucks magically again! So they look the same too, I've compared them, but if you look at the paper in the filter it's different and the brand is a tad stronger. It was such a good deal, I had no idea she was going to do it! Go to the bissel website, it's more money, it's worth it, or buy anywhere that sells reputable products!
