I bought this to replace my previous COVID key which had the touchpad come loose after just a few weeks. I like this key much, much more. The design allows you to open doors with both thick and thin door handles, which my previous key couldn't. I gave 4 stars for the touchscreen because the tip isn't as sensitive as you might expect, but that could also be due to the novelty. I gave it 4 stars for reliability as the key is attached to the key ring with another very small metal ring. A few days later, this smaller ring opened and the key fell out of the keychain. I was able to easily attach the COVID key to the keychain that came with it and clip it to my keychain.
