Pulsely is a very useful tool that has helped us to identify and create the right focus for our D&I program. The insights that we can create are very powerful. I would like to have more data on the pipeline for specific roles and be able to include more details such as gender and age. This would help us better understand how we can attract and retain the right people for our organization. I have used Pulsely to understand the diversity pipeline at my organization and create action plans to improve diversity in our organization. I have used the insights I have created to understand what is working and what isn't.
