The chamber holds 1.5 liters of water and keeps it pretty cold (much colder than the other chamber I've used before). Ultra light design. Has reflective gear. It's a bit narrow (which is perfect for walking). I would also like to add that the amount of water you get out of your bladder with one sip is tremendous. I wasn't sure if the description of more water per sip was true or not, but damn it sure is! There have been some leak reports but I haven't had any issues and have already ridden almost 100 miles with my pack. Tip: if you go for a run with a backpack. Turn it upside down and let the air out to make it less wobbly. Also, make sure you lower the chest strap to the bottom of your chest (just above your stomach) and tighten it just enough that you can feel it without interfering with your breathing. Carry the bag high on your back and it's like you don't even know you're carrying it!
