Review on FACT24 by Ramon Hood

I like how easy it was to setup alerts for our department (we have about 15 people in). We also can set up custom notifications per individual so we are able get an even better response time when needed! Our office has been notified of everything from power outages/floods etc through this system as well!! It does require some initial training but after doing those steps you cant go wrong. Great product if used correctly! Also great customer support team who will listen carefully & help solve any issues they come across :) Have had no problems with fact yet - works very efficiently once trained properly. ! If anyone needs one please talk them into getting their own at first place its worth every penny. !! The main issue right now seems be having more customizable options than just standard text messages which isn't really much use without knowing what your looking fo anyways ;) There's not many other products available currently where businesses suchas ours could purchase multiple types offeatures / addons however there may.
