I gave this chair 5 stars mainly because of the price paid. It was delivered quickly and is easy to assemble - just slide the legs into place and screw on. Just make sure you use the correct feet (front and back are different). I'm happy with the color and this little chair looks great in my space. It's not the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. Yes, it's a little hard and the fabric is a little rough. However, I bought it as an "accent" chair instead of curling up with a nice book chair. Another plus is that the chair has small washers on the legs to help level it. Nice feature. Only time will tell if this inexpensive chair will hold up. Also, I had to deal with this company's customer service (I wanted to change the color of the chair after I ordered). They responded to my request immediately and were very helpful. Unusual, I know.
