Soft and durable in my rating

Soft material with a snug but not tight fit around the waist. This is a new toddler favorite. It hasn't faded and hasn't diminished yet. And it's been washed half a dozen times already. I will buy it again if we need the next size up. And I am sure that this skirt will also do the second owner good if it is inherited.
