The product looked great and was easy to use (CD install, connect to computer, no special Windows drivers required). I purchased a Crucial MX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA M.2 SSD which was supposed to be compatible with devices the manufacturer claims to support, but the drive would randomly turn off under heavy reads and sometimes not at all. I only had one computing device to try out with, a Surface Book 2 running Windows 10 1809. When I replaced a product from another manufacturer, the Crucial MX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA M.2 SSD worked perfectly. It definitely looks like it's a hull.
