The tools are fine but the coating on them is worn and scratched

The case is very thin, the clips break very easily, the tools certainly do the job but even the gains look a bit thrash out when the coating on them scratched. For the price I would expect the case to be of better quality so you don't have to re-attach the clasps. Coating doesn't matter since these are tools, but a new powder coat doesn't generally wear well on heads in my experience.
