I am a beginner and this product is easy to use. You need very, very little slip solution, and in my personal opinion, color changing polygels are my favorite. To show how easy it is, I have a 5 month old baby and I can do a full set of nails while I sleep. I don't have time for a salon and I still want my nails to look good and this was the right choice. It won't ruin your nail bed and my current set lasted two weeks. They withstand washing bottles twice along with dishes and do not climb. Just watch a few tutorials on YouTube and you will have the same nails as at the nail salon.
