Use the QR code and watch the video, it makes the installation much easier. I bought this for my favorite non-Magsafe case so I can use it with a MagSafe pop socket holder and a MagSafe vent mount. The popsocket holder stuck to it like glue. This magnet is strong! I'm sure the car won't have any issues either - I'll update when I do. Plus, it comes in a pack of two, so if you mess up the first one, you've got another chance.
