I purchased this to help me with posture as I sit all day at work and find myself leaning over more than I prefer. At first I didn't understand the way it worked, but quickly realized that you have to fasten the snaps which are very strong BEFORE putting it on. Once they are all snapped just slide over head and body and voila! Great product!
