My favorite paste is "Forest Balsam", but doctors recommend changing them from time to time. Since my teeth sometimes react to the temperature of food, I decided to try Sensodyne paste. The paste, in theory, seals some tubules, but it seems to me that all this is a publicity stunt. Recommendations for use are ordinary, squeeze it onto a brush, clean it. Spit, do not swallow. Apply twice a day. The paste is packed in a tube with a large cap. Therefore, the tube can be placed vertically. The paste is white with a mint smell. It bakes a lot in my mouth, so I try to quickly clean everything in order to wash it off. The pasta did not cause much enthusiasm, but still good. I advise you to use Sensodyne toothpaste !!!!
