Completely transparent: Ladies
Beautiful skirt but as seen in the photo it is completely transparent. Two layers of chiffon, that's all. There is no real petticoat. If I can't find a jumpsuit anywhere that is long enough for this style of skirt I will have to send it back as it is unusable as made.
