I really liked this blanket, then it fell apart. I sent the following message to Revane with no response. I can't find how to contact INK+IVY. This set is too expensive to ruin after one wash. I hope this goes down well with I+I customer service. I ordered the bed linen at the end of October. With strict adherence to the care instructions, the blanket will deteriorate after one wash. It's like the filling just fell apart. A hole also formed and the stuffing began to come out during washing. I can't find a way to contact the manufacturer. Please help. I ask for a replacement or refund. Photos of the order and damaged goods are attached.
