The player works fine when it works. However, it runs for 5 to 10 minutes and then randomly switches to the settings page, starts fast forward or restarts the program. Sometimes the last problem is solved by pressing one of the controls several times. Sometimes we need to turn it off and on again. Sometimes the problem cannot be stopped. Our disabled daughter enjoys watching the player while it's running. She gets very upset when this is not the case. In other reviews I saw many complaints about the non-working remote control. During our 2 day road trip I found that it would only work if you point it at the slots that show blue light. I would like to exchange the device we have (purchase May 19, 2021) for a working device. Please advise how I can do this.
