I needed a pizza pan for say a 12 inch pizza.

As I said, I need a 12 inch pizza pan. Now I know it's a 10" pizza pan, but it was perfect! for there is a ridge along the ridge that rises all around. Perfect for my 12 inch pizza that I buy at Walmart. (Yes, yes, I do.) I buy plain cheese with rising rind, and this pan is perfect for making in my toaster oven. I add whatever I want, always extra cheese! Put it on this perforated pan and put it in the oven. the crust is perfect! it is fully baked. Keep in mind that you need to be mindful of the time and temperature for this to happen, but this pan will help you achieve a perfect pizza crust anyway. I use this all the time. I eat pizza maybe once a week and this pan makes making that pizza an absolute pleasure. Does it taste like it was delivered? no but it's damn close. And the cost of pizza is minimal, how much is the pizza with this pan? This is a win-win situation. I repeat that the price of this pan was really good. I've been looking for a perforated pizza pan at an affordable price for a long time. not a basket thing that wears out after a few months, but a REAL pot. Is that the top of the line? no For the price it works damn well. So my 2 cents on it.
