I really want to like it and it might be good for some.

I really like this and it might be good for some people. I've built A LOT of custom furniture and a lot of IKEA crap in my life. drill for torque) about 20 full minutes to set this up. Plan twice as much for most people. My complaints: - The edges of the wood (artificial) and the overall quality are very poor. left open. They are big and ugly. Everything rusts where I live, so it will deteriorate very quickly. Even though this is milled to exact measurements a lot of the edges just don't match up, even after loosening and re-tightening I couldn't get things perfectly even, that's kind of crazy. I took photos in case anyone needs proof. Some edges are offset by 0.5 cm. That is much! - All the screws they provide allow for deflection, which is really bad with a machined design. - The design only allows one orientation. Others complain about it. That alone should downgrade me to 2 stars. Many of the plaques did not have letter stickers. Again, not a big deal, but some people will find it REALLY troublesome to assemble. Instructions and sticker with letters do not match. So one might think that you take point (1) for the first step. No, some things are wrong. For real? Come on guys this is just silly and just pisses people off. - The table is of course buildable, which is consistent with the design, but it would be wise to incorporate a recess into the design so the perfectly square table is easy to click. I can also imagine it slowly falling off if you had something heavy on it and didn't tighten the pins tight enough. The crates have no guides, which means that the crate starts to fall out at 50%. disassemble it and send it back. However, this prompted me to design and build it myself from scratch. I see what they did, it would be easy for me to reproduce. And then I can build something really permanent that suits my needs even better. I hope another company steps forward to create something to compete with this one. Before you buy, think about how it works and what it takes to assemble it.
