I was looking for a cheap DVD player to replace my even cheaper broken DVD player. It actually has fewer features than my cheaper DVD player, with inexplicable gaps. For example, you can select the time in the movie you want to jump to, but you can't view the time in the movie you're in. Not to mention there's no way of knowing how much time is left in the movie. It's hard to understand how the designers could overlook such a fundamental feature of the player. Even older VHS players can do that. Magnavox: Stupid. Very dumb. Another problem is the lack of a second video output, which my cheaper DVD player had. Not to mention 2 audio outputs. I understand that these may not be available on cheaper DVD players these days, but the lack of a time remaining and time remaining feature is overwhelming.
