Good things, good for diet and sports nutrition

These are good things. I just started bodybuilding a few months ago and have tried about 6 different brands of whey protein. This is the best. It doesn't pretend to be anything, throws in a few BS fillers and the like to make the nutritional info look huge. It's pure protein and 0 cholesterol 0 fat. This is perfect for me as I eat a lot of eggs and therefore need to lower my cholesterol and fat levels in my protein shakes. The price is good. One scoop and 1 cup of milk is 35 grams of protein, and unless you're Jay Cutler's size, 35 grams of protein in one shake is plenty.
