Bought to cut apples for homemade sausage. In fact, he doesn't "cut" apples as much as he grinds them. But for my purposes it works. I process about 10 cups of apples at a time and it really saves time and minimizes back pain as well. Very easy to charge, use and clean (hand wash). I love it. Be sure to follow directions and do not pulse for an extended, uninterrupted period of time. I pulse about 6-8 times for a small serving. I did a lot of research before purchasing this little chopper and am very happy with the results. In my opinion good value for money. Comes with a useful little spatula and cleaning brush.
