Review on SONORO KATE Microfiber Thread Egyptian Bedding by Rich Fiedler

Bought a set of queen size deep pocket squares and was initially pleased with the quality of the material. I went to put them on and realized they were too big for the mattress. I checked the tag to see if I actually ordered a queen size, confirmed I have it. I have another set of sheets from another company with the same pocket depth as theirs and the other set fits perfectly with no extra material. I've emailed the manufacturer about the problem and explained what's going on and they refuse to acknowledge any possibility that their QA department may have made a mistake, instead trying to make it appear as if I would have made a mistake, although I certainly didn't. . I will no longer buy from them.
