In general, the strap is very well made, comfortable and easy to put on. FYI, blue is more like grey/blue but still a good color. Reason for poor rating: When installing the second strap, a small handle that serves to "easily release" the pin jumped out and bounced. I was able to place the pin properly to attach the tape, but it's not that easy to remove anymore; I need a special tool to take it off again. I contacted customer service and was initially told they would send me a new PIN, but after a few days back and forth I was told there was nothing they could do because they couldn't find my order(?), though they had received my order number and screenshots showing my purchase.
