Solid performance but a few details wouldn't get in the way

Pros – good sound, good bass if that's your thing. The LED effects aren't what I was aiming for, but they look really cool if that's what you want. Also very bright. Input Options: Line-in (3.5mm), 1/4" (with XLR adapter included), second 1/4" for microphone, FM antenna (connects to 3.5mm jack), USB (reads directly from a flash drive) and Bluetooth 4.0. That's a lot of possibilities. High power (300W). Not too heavy when you take it with you, with a shoulder strap to make it easier. Menu options including bass/treble, mic volume, guitar volume (first 1/4" jack), and LED mode. Decades ago, most companies recognized that it was both cheap and popular. The LED options would have been further up the menu list as you'll likely be using them far more than the EQ and mic/guitar volume options. From here you'll need to scroll through the menu to change the LED modes. To make matters worse, the menu automatically closes after about 3 seconds, which is too little time to see if you like the LED mode you've just selected. No SD card reader. Not necessarily, but many competitors have them. Just something to keep in mind in the future .Very thick AC plug.So thick that some splitters, even those designed for large plugs, may not fit into other cables. It's also large for its weight, so it takes up a lot of space.Bottom line: This is a good speaker, no doubt about it. A larger, more experienced company would have anticipated some of the minor design issues I mentioned above. Again, they are likely to be more expensive.

Pros
  • Good looks
Cons
  • Reliability
